图书管理规定
一、管理总则：
- 本企业图书由总部行政部统一管理，于每年6月、12月下旬各清点一次造册更新，并编制目录卡上网，供公开查阅
- 所有上架或上网（www.nuosi.org）的图书按顺序编号，并标明书名、出版社名称、作者、册数、出版日期、入库日期、金额（或估价）及其他有关资料详细登记于“图书登记总簿”，并填制图书卡插放于图书之末页
- 总部行政部指定各地专人协助管理总部分发到当地的图书
- 各分公司(或办事处)向总部借书须填写“图书调拨申请单”，书到达当地后须填写“图书确认单”和“图书进/出库统计表”
- 为帮助个人提升竞争力，本企业的图书库藏书向员工和签约客户开放供借阅
二、图书借阅规定：
- 借书时间定于每周一至周五，上午10：00至下午5：30
- 第一次借书时需携带身份证原件，须与公司签署“图书借阅协议”、然后，办理借书证，借书时须缴纳押金500元/本，每张卡只能借阅一册
- 借书期限为两个月，到期应及时归还或办理续借手续，续借以一次为限，期限为一个月
- 借书押金由公司指定管理人员汇入公司帐户
- 还书时，应将所借图书、押金收据交予公司指定管理人员，在所借图书完好情况下，管理员将借书证还给借阅人，并退还押金
三、罚则：
- 借书人不得将图书擅自撕、剪，批改、圈点、画线、折角、涂写等，如有破损或遗失等，一律照原图书价购赔或照我公司估价赔偿（指无统一标价的）
- 学员借书期限届满，仍不还书者，每超出一天按押金的10‰作为赔偿金，超过两个月仍不还者，则没收全部所付押金
- 如遇公司对图书清理时，借书人需将图书及时归还
