本公司是英国最大，历史最悠久的贸易公司之一，总部位于伦敦，在世界各地及上海等城市均设有办事处和分公司。因公司业务发展，希望招聘一位目前在英国就学或工作的管理人员，09年10月份前，就职于伦敦总部，接受实习和培训；09年10月毕业后，根据工作表现考虑录用，或派遣到上海分公司担任管理工作。
要求：
- 英国硕士在读或已毕业，但目前在英国工作；
- 英语优秀，IELTS 6.5以上，口语7分以上；
- 本科及硕士期间成绩优秀，各类社会经验予以考虑；
- 性格外向，上进心强，工作努力。

We are currently looking for candidates who have real estate background and keen to join this industry after they graduate. The requirements are as follows:
Position：Staff Assistant
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Support Senior and Managers on compliance related work for various engagements.
- Work on research assignments and various kinds of analysis, primarily numerical analysis.
- Involved in valuation for various types of properties.
- Responsible for preparation of memos, advices and general communication with the relevant party.
- Continually updated with developments in real estate related areas.
- Involved in follow up and gathering information from clients for various computations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualification - Graduate with real estate qulificaton prefered.
Experience - No Prior experience required.
Essential Skills required:
- Good Communication skills ( Written & Oral ).
- Proficient in word, excel, power point, lotus notes, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong Analytical / Numerical ability.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and Self Starter.
- Team Player.
- Ability to grasp details.
